We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Customers may return products even if the package has been opened. To initiate a return, the customer is responsible for arranging and handing over the item to our team.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a full refund. Refunds will be issued promptly using the original payment method where possible.
