Arvani Foods is looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and has a “can-do” attitude.
📍 Location
Initially: Itahari
The role may expand to surrounding cities as the business grows.
Visit retail stores, marts and grocery outlets regularly.
Introduce Arvani Foods and our range of quality, proudly Nepali food products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
Present products and secure new retail accounts.
Encourage retailers to stock and reorder Arvani products.
Follow up on orders, stock levels and product availability.
Identify new retail opportunities and potential customers.
Collect retailer feedback and communicate it to the Arvani team.
Maintain accurate records of store visits, sales and follow-ups.
Submit fortnightly and monthly sales reports.
Work towards agreed sales and performance KPIs.
+2 or above in any discipline.
Bachelor's student or graduate in Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field is preferred.
Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
Freshers with a strong can-do attitude are encouraged to apply.
Confident and friendly communication skills.
Ability to approach and communicate with retailers professionally.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel between retail outlets.
Good follow-up and reporting skills.
Passion for working with a growing Nepali brand.
